The highest peaks on the Sierra de Tramuntana are El Puig Major at 1,445m, Puig de Massanella at 1,348m and Puig des Teix at 1,069m just to the NorthEast of the Hotel Es Moli.
The climate is typically Mediterranean with high summer temperatures (more than 30 degrees) and moderate in winter, with snow on the peaks of the Sierra de Tramuntana.
